To get a bank note officially praised you should make sure the appraiser is qualified enough to make a judgment. Do not send a photocopy to an appraiser of both sides of your note. That would be stupid. Believe it or not, that actually happens a lot, and considering that each appraisal costs money, what a loss! There are plenty of people who claim to know what they are talking about but just want your investment fee for their service so you might as well get a couple of different opinions on your note.
